Founder and president of Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has expanded the church's footprint into the automobile industry with the unveiling of a new range of electric vehicles under the Tsion brand.

The vehicles were presented during "The New Economy Unveiling 2026 with Pastor Chris," an invitation-only programme organised by the church as part of its ongoing focus on economic development and innovation. The LoveWorld Global Fellowship had announced the event on Instagram days earlier, describing it as a strictly invited gathering.

Clips from the unveiling, which began circulating widely online, showed Oyakhilome introducing several models under the new line, including the Tsion Passion, Tsion Falcon, Vision series, Vision Coupe and the OG series. During the presentation, he noted that certain design elements, including the steering wheel, were still being refined, and explained that the "OG" designation stands for "Of God."

Reacting to the unveiling, Pastor Bolaji Idowu, founder of Harvesters International Christian Centre, described it as a demonstration of the church's growing relevance beyond spiritual matters and into the marketplace. He said the development reflected the church stepping into practical solutions rather than waiting on external systems, framing it as proof that faith communities can shape economic innovation, not just preach about it.

The unveiling positions Christ Embassy as one of the more unconventional entrants into Nigeria's electric vehicle space, adding automobile development to a portfolio that already spans media, technology and economic empowerment initiatives under the LoveWorld Global Fellowship.
