Chief Adowei Freedom Binaebi, the NDC flagbearer for Delta South Senatorial District, has announced a fuel support initiative for 600 residents across Isoko North and Isoko South, aimed at helping beneficiaries cope with difficult living conditions during the night.

Speaking on the initiative, Chief Adowei said the living conditions faced by many Isoko residents at night had become increasingly difficult and could no longer be ignored.

According to him, the intervention will provide five litres of fuel free of charge to each of the 600 beneficiaries, offering immediate support to residents who may be struggling with access to basic necessities.

He disclosed that 200 of the 600 slots have been specially reserved for students living off-campus, describing the provision as a way of supporting students and helping them get through the night in safer and more comfortable conditions.

Chief Adowei said the initiative was driven by a desire to stand with the people and provide practical assistance at a time when many families and young people are facing economic hardship.

“This is about showing love, standing with our people, and making a difference where it matters most,” he said.

The NDC flagbearer stressed that the intervention was focused on the immediate needs of ordinary people, particularly residents and students who require support with essential daily expenses.

He reaffirmed his commitment to the people of Delta South and urged supporters to remain united as the political process progresses.

“NDC all the way,” Chief Adowei declared.
